Are dust
Unproductive in terms of fiction
Slaying it in terms of friction
Inertia
Unstoppable
Unrelenting activity.
But, a gift
Unexpected
Generous beyond the norm
Thoughtful yet
Fitting
Sat me down
To paint
The immaculate one
Franco Harris
To be displayed
With the football
Signed,
Found,
And graciously given away.
The painting can’t equal
The act
But I can practice
Both
Equally.
